Dip 6 cents with futures red. I LOVE seeing those YIELDS dive. 4 50bp run failed 2 times. Time to bend back to 3.70bp by Jan

USELESS INVESTMENT CLASS

Compare prices of any REIT to 2019 (just before covid) and 2022 (just before the hikes) now look where they are now not even in the ballpark while the markets gained about 50-75% during this time ...more

Could have been worse given what we were seeing day in  and day out for 7 weeks, but to classify this has a reverse in trend looks pretty weak I dont get why Riocan and HR couldnt notch 2% gains ...more

Looks like the best buy here cause it has a very predictable trading range 12.xx to $14.50 or so only reit comfortably at bottom of trading range and at june prices
