Fall 2024 was supposed to be the time the 14 to 20 month lag of hikes hit home warranting quick emergency cuts.  Now we have economic data solid and yields going up big.  Insane

Deja vu. Canadian reits keep Sinking artis moves up a few pennies.  Not enough to offset my huge diversified reit portfolio losses

No one wants any reits even the good ones with a 10 foot pole.  DIR and REI got outperform by NB with much higher price targets and theyre in freefall.  How is this fair? Shorts going to ...more
