They will surely take a bite out of the 350m unless Inter has to pay them solo. I voted for the deal with PPL because it matches both our goals

How about this : IPL tells IPL shareholders they will pay out the break fee in cash to them if they vote in favour of the Pembina deal. This would add $0.82 to the value of the Pembina offer putting ...more
