NXR has some retail The recent acquisitions will make the REIT over 90% pure Industrial. Also the Industrial component will now be a higher quality mat

My guess is that there is a 50/50 chance of a takeover within 2 years. There are zero other Industrial REITs that are not tied to a bigger outfit. $13 minimun and $16 maximum mat
