RESULTS ARE OUT!!!!!!!!!
AFFO remains stable at 0.25 Q over Q....very good to see, hopefully the debt renewals dont bite into that or are offset. Hard to make the case to own ARTIS when this is in much better

HR usually has good results
50% OF THE TIME to stock rallies nicely (though shortlived and forgotten) only the landtower CEO quiting tanked this unit price an additional 8% which has not receovered

I dont see how HR does not outperform
They secured the balance sheet quite well and restrained from running the NCIB. Rate renewals shouldnt hit AFFO that bad, and rates are coming down a bit too. A few more asset

Need this trd in double digits. Liquidity coming back to the CRE space should allow them to continue execute their plan which should accelerate the gains as it becomes pure industrial and resedential
