I would expect CHX shares to jump to .60 cents, or more on approval of the merger. AVX $3.30 Pace to $4.25 I agree with the down side though.

So, if you believe the deal happens, you can make an easy 15% by tomorrow.   Downside I'd guess is, say, $0.24 or 30%.

I don't think that is correct.  Every other time they didn't have enough votes, they postponed before the meetings.  The fact tht5a they are going ahead implies that they do.   ...more

Penny , I hate to disappoint you but there are no old stock options when companies merge or are bought out all the non vested options are paid out in full... of course the companies have to have ...more
