Unreasonable approach

I voted no because I do not like management scheduling a vote a week before payment date and stating that if we vote no they will have no time to raise money to pay us.

Guess mgmt thinks holders are stupid

That article also indicates they are paying third party brokers to solicit YES votes, with the carrot of 7.00 per 1k debenture (minimum fee 150.00, max 1500.00 per debenture holder they sucker).  ...more

I'm just guessing but I don't think it has anything to do with them being able to raise money at the same rate, but rather, this is the least costly option for them. IF they got the ...more

RE:RE:l'll be voting my debentures, NO

They'd never drop it to 3.50 but 15~ is WAY too high. The offer of the continued interest rate isn't enough of a carrot. I voted NO.

RE:l'll be voting my debentures, NO

I agree . But a 3.50 conversion price would change my vote.

l'll be voting my debentures, NO

I'd be prepared to go for an extension, BUT the problem is I hold these in a cash account and I don't want ANY of them PARTIALLY repurchased. The drop in conversion price is also not low ...more

The stock is still falling . I wonder if they have enough votes. They probably need to change the conversion to a lower number. Is morguard allowed to vote their debentures?

RE:RE:Temple Announces Proposal to Amend the Terms of TPH.DB.E

I'm not sure its a done deal. Bid is now 79. The conversion option at $15 is worthless when the stock is under $4. I expect they will have to sweeten the offer (maybe redeem a meaningful ...more
