Invictus is not bankrupt.  They are under a CCAA to give them time to restructure.  They may indeed go bankrupt in the future, however they are not there yet.

Also the website has been serviced,  Dixon, GS and the rest away, also the shop is closed etc. Looks like the ongoing biz is dead and my suspect is that they will liquidate the company.....
