$3 Div better spent on SIB @ $20

Had WFC used the $100mm to find a Substantial Issuer Bid at $20 for 5 million shares, the share price would be sitting at $22+ right now.     Dividend is ok, but not the most optimal ...more

Hoffbag yet to understand optimal capital allocation strategies. Dividends are discretionary, not obligatory. Better use of funds was NCIB. 1.5mm shares cancelled. Well done team.
