your NCIB is fantasy. There is no liquidity and they would never do that when they are very successful at getting the company to use private purchases for the benefit of the majority shareholders.  

there is lots they can do to improve share value here and they are doing none of it . 

don't presume you know anything about my position.  Agitating pumpers or insiders sure is fun!
