a fantastic Q2

Compared to those 'others' that did well in Q2 (bankers, Ithaca etc did fair at best) their share prices have moved 20% to the upside.  Poor, poor deal for Westfire shareholders..  ...more

WestFire AGM meeting May 29th 2012

just for interest sake I listened to Ed Chwyl Chairman intro comments...( he will now be on Board of Directors of proposed Long Run )...he said that "WestFire is the strongest company its ever ...more

There were a few factors for the selloff.  Raymaond James put a $5.00 target on it.  Paradigm raised the target to $6.25, gas futures fell Friday and that mostly affects the Galleon side of ...more

That gould be great if it happens!...the special meeting for joint approval of WFE and GO does not happen til mid October and that is 2 months away....lets hope there is a superior offer from Crescent ...more

in my opinion is they disagree with the merger as the BEST option to increase WFE price ..I think that Sprott believes the merger is the best for them because they own both companies..I do not ..I own ...more

bshort92, that's exactly the right attitude IMO.  the metrics are cheap and this will likely turn out ok in good time.  i've never owned either stock but bought a bunch of WFE ...more
