Delivery of shares and cash portion

If the Court Decision is confirmed and a halt occurs before friday's open then no reason we should not see cash by 12/31. Total money is in escrow already...but since this is all beyond our domain ...more

i would treat the disposition when the GWY shares are removed from your account..hopefully it will be 2013..who can argue with that..i.e the disposition taking palce when the cash and spinco sahres ...more

I spoke to Kingsdale Shareholder Services and they advised that shareholders should expect to receive their cash in 5-10 business days. Therefore, Dec.31 at the earliest and Jan. 8th at the ...more

we'll likely get both spinco shares at the same time..we are sahreholders in both even though GGold will be a private co longer..and there won't be a market for them as qucikly as GM.

Tax Year

Am I correct in assuming that any taxes will be charged to 2012 regaurdless of when we received the cash or spin out co's.  Since the officaly settlement date is the 20th.
