So it means 3,460,000 shares outstanding on TSX-V. Not a lot of float left for the public. Therefore, with any significant amount of shares traded, SP will behave like on steroids and can run a couple ...more

I contacted the company and they confirmed there will be a rollback of shares in order to meet the minimum Nasdaq share price.  I'm guessing it will be at least a 1 for 10 if the share price ...more
