The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...
to yield 5.75% on the $10 repayment amount and to pay the holders $10 per Preferred share. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. The investment manager of the Company is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

DF spreadsheet showing a gain of about 45 cents since the AUg 30 update. Commons would be valued at $6.23 before distributions and ex divvy date a ways off. DF closed @ $5.80 so about 43 cent

DF Unit Nav to september 16 = approx; $16.25
DF has gained about 47 cents since the udpated numbers to AUg 30... Commons would have a value of about $6.25 here before distributions. I do believe DF and LFE are close to being the biggest gainers

This fund will not get terminated , but i am not sure if there is a retraction possibility. I think the commons would be more likely to get retracted at NAV if they continue to trade at a big discount
