DF unit nav to Sept. 17 = approx; $16.23

DF spreadsheet showing a gain of about 45 cents since the AUg 30 update.
Commons would be valued at $6.23 before distributions and ex divvy date a ways off. DF closed @ $5.80 so about  43 cent discount .. or about 7 %
