100% agree with your posts resilience.  I might be amenable to selling off the Montney for top dollar - I still think that if they got production up around 3,000 boe it could fetch 100 million ...more

Great hypothetical, I suggest you read the entire report. Selling for 25-50m isn't going to move the needle enough in the future. They can't cover costs sufficently now let alone pay a div.

That's the whole point of adding these 2 new plays isn't it?  Your 'rationale' is backward looking: they now have better capital efficient plays so they don't need to drill ...more

I thought about it and think they will and should keep it. Charlie Lake drills are less costly but have lower reserves and so a lower recycle ratio. Montney's recycle ratio is 3.5 vs 2 for CL, a ...more

I disagree. Charlie Lake is being drilled as fast as possible simply by shifting Cardium capex into CL with much better (near twice) capital efficiencies. Bought in March this year, drilling in June ...more

Rex from q4 to q1 they are down from 7300 or oil per day to 6682. Down on ngl's 150 barrels q over q. Bne needs to be in 7000 range and over to cf over 30m. q2 they won't do 7000. Isn't ...more

I think revenue was 87% liquids. Actual production about 8,000 barrels of liquids on 14k boe total With 260 behind pipe. Versus 8500 barrels of liquids on 14,200 boe n 2023. Within the range ...more
