Oh boy, more Kyrgyz arbitration and this is a big one if it gets to court. Don't think that the Stans funders will be seeing much green anytime soon. They could be looking at another 3 to ?? years ...more

Please recognise that in relation to 'halts' often the companies involved are not in any rush to come back to market. Why in Stans case would they? Coming back to trading in exactly the same ...more

True but if the team leader at the OSC handling the situation was taking vacation for 2 weeks or whatever he should have least had someone cover his position while he was going to be away. Not leave ...more

Boris said they can't PR any business developments while halted. It's the law. I believe it's because it would be unfair to canadian investors to be unable to trade on that news if it came ...more
