Somehow analysts on average get it wrong about 60% of the time  ( worse average than flipping a coin)    With the national bank downgrade that means NXR.UN is probably a great buy now ! ...more

It would appear that this is a typo ... at least on the current price (which is dated Jan. 29, 2021) but even that would be wrong, so apart from the target price now being $14.33 and positive outlook  ...more
