Dividends or future dividends speculation

There is no speculation in value real estate income trust.

Canadian equities in the open market too thin

Companies are giving discounts to get investors to own equity. just lack of investor interest in owning equities.
Post by mediainvestoron Dec 04, 2016 1:40am

25% discount from market

new shares selling less than market price or 25% discount to mostly insiders and privileged large investors. retail is just a fraction of the shares and very thin market.

This is real estate value investment.

This isn't a tech stock, biotech, or mining speculative stock, or consumer stock. it's leverage real estate income trust investment.
