Looks like they have BWD by the short hairs... given the length of time BWD has hung at this price range it will take a week or two before the shares begin to find higher ground... MY position that ...more

I would suggest that ANY  valuation on a deal is ill informed until some solid reserve numbers come to light... IF one takes the original well into consideration... and double it for the length ...more
