I managed to pull a positive indication for how the vote will play out with PACE using deductive reasoning. Nova is now bragging they have increased their PACE support  for a "NO" vote ...more

nova would need to sign a CA or hold a certain amount of shares to be even involved in large shareholder meetings which i do think took place and everyone agreed and voted yes. they would need to sign ...more

think about it this way. a lot more than 50% of the shareholders of all 3 companys want the merger to go through and can see nova does not know what they are talking about. to get changes at the agm ...more
