It wasn't a glitch. Oilprice had the spread under $9 as well. What happened was WCS declined significantly after trading hrs yesterday when API reported oil stocks to have increased by more than ...more

Appears to be correct. WTI is $73.86 while WCS is $65.34 a difference of $8.52.
