It offers two types of shares, including Preferred shares and Class A shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash...
dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Spreadsheet showing about a 6 cent gain since yesterday , so estimated value of the commons is $5.35

DFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.25
Gains now are about 36 cents since JUNE 28th and now commons are worth about $5.25 and looking very safe for at least a dfistribution for JULY. Would not want to bet on much longer than

So it did end up gaining 28 cents since the june 28th update. And today coomons have a value of $51.7 but very little safety.

I made a math error there, just checking the spreadsheet. Should have been the UNIT NAV now at $15.17, and that is before distributions would be factored in. 14.89 + 28 = approx 15.17 and not 15.28
