Since inception in 2004 DFN has only missed 4 distributions in 2020 and 4 in 2023.  It very well could miss again next month.  DFN's magic is quickly wearing off.

Obvious in the last few days that DFN was well under the NAV threshold yet posts appear insisting Quadravest will pay. DFN and other splits are perhaps the easiest stocks to make money from. Why ...more

u can find the distribution history here https://www.quadravest.com/dfn-distributions 2023 seems like 4 missed if i count correctly for eg

Quadravest updates ...DFN UNIT NAV @ $14.78

So was  2 pennies higher than my estimate. WIll rejig the sheet and come up with a new number later.

This will not pay. It's already sold off somewhat but on official news I would expect a drop down to $4.70. That level has been tested 3x over the last year on missed distributions. If July is ...more

I suupose they are waiting to see if DFN can make the 15$ level by the 20th... Big bounce day today, but not for DFN.. they have only gained 3 pennies since the JUNE 14 numbers, which i estimated at ...more
