RE:RE:Who were the braniacs?

I'm one of those brainiacs. I bought $100,000 worth in a registered account for$1000 and just sold at half a cent for$12,500. Not bad for 2 months.

RE:Who were the braniacs?

The 9:30 transaction was a massive dump by a Scotia client.  Just one trade.  It is the last day of the month with a struggling equity and a mainstream broker. I am wondering if this was a ...more

Who were the braniacs?

Over 2.5 million common shares traded this morning at one half a cent.  Am I really expected to believe the majority of debenture holders gave up their secure debentures for this?

RE:RE:RE:Exchange transaction closes

Thanks for the calculation, Bob. It looks like management is planning on just dumping over 30x the existing share count onto the market with this new dilution, and let the market process it. I have ...more

RE:RE:RE:Exchange transaction closes

This is correct, each 1 debenture will exchange for  26 597 trust units.

RE:RE:Exchange transaction closes

I should be clearer. Let's say you have $10,000 face value debentures. Here is the calculation: 26.59794524964935*10,000 = 265,979.45 units

RE:Exchange transaction closes

Use this number as a multiplier for the number of debentures you have to determine approximate amount of units you will receive 26.59794524964935

RE:RE:Closing soon?

Yea maybe... Classic for management to go completely silent now. I hope this doesn't turn into this long saga where we get nowhere and debentures will be halted for months...

RE:Closing soon?

I don't suppose a debenture holder filed a complaint with the OSC regarding the vote.  Even the OSC would have to admit giving up secured debentures for unsecured common shares is highly ...more

Closing soon?

What's the hold up on the exchange transaction closing? Any conditions that are not currently met? Or are they going to time everything with release of financials?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Someone is buying the unit but why?

Yeah, but the loan is just there to compensate for the fake losses attributed to fair value adjustments that were really accounted for as straight revenu losses. The trust didn't need that money, ...more
