Moon, what is Grandpa going to do besides talk. You need lots of money to fight this, which from the sounds of it he's broke. Unless you can find a law firm on contingency, it's done.

Blue, didn't you listen in the Q and A and the law firm said minimum $40k to start. No law firm will take on contingency. I would think 150-200 k just to get warm.
