ch08532, so you are saying that mgmt. did the best  thing for shareholders with this buyout, given that they were a one trick pony with limited mine life. You could be right.

I don't know the terms of the deal .... but FR mngmt has a fudciary duty to act in the best interest of FR shareholders ... and by swallowing up SVL, FR immediately almost doubles it's cash ...more
