Nothing is final until the deal closes in late 2024/Q1 of 2025 as stated in the NR which you should read in details anyway.  The breakage fee for NVEI is US$150M, and for Advent is US$250M.  ...more

I have been holding Nuvei for a while and averaged down several times. My average is still high. Are we really only getting the same price as what this traded at in early 2023? Could the number go up? ...more

My opiinion is that a fair price would be 20 times next years EPS. I see the estimates for next year to be $2.61 US, so a fair price is $52 US. I don't know if we will get that.
