Expect payout ratio to get better

As per last quarter conference call, expect payout ratio to get better around 110% this quarter and be around 90% by end of this year

Wasn't impressed to see the Divy Cut however they needed to reorganize and the proof that it's working is showing, let's get this back to $8, $10 $11!
