If PIC A trades around it's post consolidation NAV and it consistently pays an 8 cent monthly distribution the market will respond favourably,albeit gradually perhaps.

I was using 4.64 a NAV . In any case Yield is going down so may as well back off until the dust settles...at least.

Get out while you can
I am going to sell my entire position for a small lost. Don't think this stock will rebound after the 12th. Whoever said this stock will be a keeper is dreaming atm.

how do you get 32%, it seems to be 50% and yield (81 to 96 cents). would the price stay at nav after a 25% distribution cut? the more i think about it, a selloff in price makes more sense

Possible scenario post consol
next week the A shares nav will go up by about 50%, (4.14 to 6.30 expected) but the distribution only by 20% (.80 to .96) So if holders aren't happy with that, A shares may sell off way
