Kinda wonder when exactly Adventus knew about the pending litigation, for the size of the resource it was offloaded on the cheap side, a few people were surprised at how cheap.

it made more sense awhile ago but at todays prices... We get 1svm for 10adzn and svm at 4.17 we end up with $4.17 but we have 10 shares of adzn at .55 or $5.55. I just dumped my load ...more

Nothing wrong in my view with the .38 financing. Just a needed way of securing the deal otherwise, they could loose it to better offer. ADZN worked, found and de-risked the project and bigger ...more
