AEZS expects to hold a shareholder meeting months after merger closing to approve a new name. Waste of money.

No bloody mention of when merger is expected to close if approved. AEZS fins due March 30.

The key is that the merger is largely a financing that adds AEZS's significant cash and cashcow diagnostic. The diagnostic will be managed by other parties so there's no integration risk, etc.
