Someone who is associated with the aquiring company could own an unknown amount of LME shares, they could potentially manipulate the SP by selling off their shares prior to a BO to keep the BO price

...the 507k sell order at $0.45, that we saw for several weeks dissappeared and is now manifesting itself at $0.41. Someone wants the SP low, leading up to the BO. Perhaps ego is involved;
