Spring Load Limits are still on
There is 3 days advance notice given so it will be mid-week at the earliest before they are lifted . And only once has the spring load limit been lifted before May 1. This has been such a warm winter

If pulsar let it be known to the world that if an established helium distributor would build the plant for them, and offered them 10% of pulsar for this that would mean no need to dilute the shares
