a note on Certus when they sold off facilities in July
basically the author says certus only drilled 3 wells in the last few years. Consistent with the PNE model. Hardly any decline so they must be doing some active workover programs. https

My guess is PNE is going to pivot towards the "whitecap model" on the certus assets. What Whitecap does is they buy into a high quality oil and gas play...they then use CF from legacy

Yeah but Rex, why would one assume PNE doesnt want to drill Certus locations as soon as possible? If PNE is borrowing some amount..they have stated yet...but at the interest rates PNE is paying

It would not be as internally accretive as bne wants. They want acreage nearer their facilities for that kind of money. PNE will just strip costs out because it is low decline production. Maybe
