I don't think anything is "locked in." It is not explicit in the press release, but the deal is expected to close in Q2, so I am guessing that in order to qualify for the Q1 dividend to ...more

Bought 25k at the 3.60 range in march of 2014, got all the div increases since. So dollar cost average of just over zero and i still get the .21 div even though I would this morning for $7.52
