Do you see a reverse spilt comng?
Share price is just getting decimated. Dividend cut can't be far away either. Wow, I thought the hotels were doing OK, but I guess the market knows more than me.

Stocks usually overshoot to the extreme on both ends... that is when common sense goes out the window. We are there now. This has undeservably been taken to the woodshed along with commerical reits.

The payout ratio is only 50%. Management has been extremely cautious since covid and built in a cushion here.
