I should say "on record  Sep 30 after cloce shows on Oct 1". So on Sep 30, TD does not see you hold LIF and will not pay you the div if you buy/sell on Sep 28.

Canadian stock takes two days to settle. Buy/sell on Sep on 28 will be on record on Sep 30.

IOC pellets receive the pellet premium as you have pointed out. In addition to that other premiums are paid for the fact that deleterious elements are well below that of the standard commodity spec ...more

Also important to not these are prices for 62% fines. The 65%+ pellets sell at a premium to 62%. There are several benchmark prices. For example today Singapore is at $96 and fell as low as $90 ...more
