Thanks Ace. As per my high level calculations there is $150M - $200M to be paid just for loans - so that would leave out ~$100M for the company / shareholders - so we are looking at $1 per share?  ...more

My guess is the CVRs would be converted to shares.which would bring outstanding shares to a bit over 1 million shares. There would be no payout on the arbitration award and market forces would take ...more
