Break up fee 101
So the idea is we include a break up fee from ???? another bidder to protect there bid the BOD and shareholders support it and they win the other bidder is not just bidding to win the break up fee

is when he actually quotes the effect of a foreced sale by Savitar being reflected in the price as a return - AQN made the first share price high happen -BEP made the second happen No logic presented
