You will notice it said in the upgrade offer announcement the meeting could be postponed. (February 28, 2023 (the “Meeting”), or at any adjournment or postponement thereof) I take this to mean....... ...more

No no no.  The locked in unit holders (dissidents) represent 22% of the TOTAL outstanding units. Glencore does not get to vote on the buyout with their SPECIAL units, so 29% (22/75) of the units ...more

As far as i know, it's 66 % of expressed votes. That 22 % mean nothing. Better off saying 8 337 691 shares. So to the vote not passing, it's need 16 675 382 shares that vote no. There is 37 ...more
