You do realize the .47 is based on a Kirklnad price of 5.32 ? If Kirkland drops below 3 bucks, your actually getting 27 cents for SAS shares, equivelant. These two companies are SNAKES IN THE

No way. This is great for BOTH. Bigger is better in this market. Can combine management and operations to cut costs. Institutions will be more interested.

It dont really matter which one you buy as they are set at .09 for proof of this you will see that they sre trading in lock step. What would change the picture is if another suitor stepped up for sas.

Correct mortgages the price is based on kgi 5.23 if it drops so doesn,t sas 0.47 . If kgi share price keeps dropping , sas share holders might only end up with say example 0.38 per share
