Just one thing that bothers me, the seller of the royalty is the CEO of the company which is acquiring the royalty. I usually don't like to see such deals.

YES! best deal i`ve seen EVER in the royalty space (besides big ones that FNV or RGl might have made) look at rthe terms! the seller of teh royalty vlaues the shares @50 cents while trading at 0,25... ...more

no, i am saying that BOTH T.BPV and T.BPV.WT are massivly undervalued. Because for every old share of BPV you won`t recieve a full, but only a 0,375 warrant, the old 2014 T.BPV.WT warrants are also ...more
