So the gain since nov 15th now at 17 cents .. and the commons carry a value of about $10.79 BEFORE DISTRIBUTIONS ARE FACTORED IN. SO before dist. the discount is 72 cents or about 6.6 ...more

Spreadsheet now showing a gain of 16 cents since the 15th.. and with the last trade @ $9.97.. the discount now at 81 cents BEFORE dist. are factored in. Works out to a discount of 7.5%
