Yep, no cash. My mistake was in valuing the properties of Forrest Kerr and Justin and thinking that the management would leverage them via JV or sell. They did neither, and did more harm

Their intention is to entice new funding on the backs of current shareholders. All exploration stocks consolidate shares over time (except for a discovery that is big enough).

With a reverse split it usually means closing shop. Ugly Bid/Ask. Management will skin the cat.
