Someone is doing illegal SPOOFING by making a fake sales wall. I see on Nasdaq that the price is at 0.754¢ so in Toronto the price should be at least $1.00.

In the morning when the markets open there is always a strong rise like a very rapid GAP-UP. So maybe $1.20 or $1.25 CDN
