You could take a look at FCD.un...Good yield....Regular and increasing monthly distribution...Almost 100% roc....Also BTB, FRO, NXR, CTR, MPCT....All of these are worth checking out...Oh by the way, I ...more

I like EIT as it is a steady payer but in my case I hold inside a TFSA since much of it is ROC which, depending on your tax needs, may or may not be fine. If held inside a TFSA the ROC is irrelevant ...more

You also can't go wrong with Bell Canada T.BCE. It's around 6% at closing Friday and will always be around and is a relatively stable stock.
