Management, most money magagers and retail investors all make the same mistake. They buy when things look great and SP is high. I'll try to find the refernce.

Looks like housing starts are expected to be lower this year in canada and the usa, but lumber futures prices likely up. lower volumes but hopefully higher prices... downside and losses ahead? the
