means if you buy the day before Record day you get the dividend. I really can't believe after 3+ months we are still debating this!! GLTA

You always get the divvy if you sell ex dividend date... ex divvy date means if you buy today you wont get dividends for those shares.

SO a bit of pullback in some of the names, but the US holdings did real well today, even tho USD dropped a bit vs CAD again. Gain since midmonth was nearly 45 cents... Commons would be valued at $8.62 ...more
