We had our big pullback almost always in fall.  We had a fake Trump trade on bond dumping.  Rates are being cut.  It's time for the reit rally to gain full steam into early 2025 ...more

CAD REITS NEED TO GET GOING MAN

Looks like we need a 6-7  week rally into January that will only  get us back to Sept 13 highs.   Theyve done nothign but bleed for almost 2 months

The expense is not meaningful but if its over 100k+ it signifies some "business" is going on with external parties such as an acquisition etc

I never seen a REIT dive 0.35 in a few minutes as some anonymous sold the farm.   Maybe D.UN sold 1.5m  to free up 25m  for a takeout bid.     Im not sure if that ...more
