can't find qic on my trading platform

Can anyone help with this? When I put in QIC it directs me to QNIF and I see the posts for QIC within this site. This trades at .06 and not the .12 of QIC. Any ideas? Thank you in advance IM

Yes he is total idiot but to summerize for the idiot.  The vendor agreed to a cash payment as well as shares at the 20 day VWAP.  So he is coming in at 9.1c ...these have all been laid out ...more
